Step 1: Create a base

A 1421-inch plywood sheet and sheet aluminum are used to create the base. With glue, adhere the sheet metal to the plywood sheet.

Step 2: Put the galvanized pipes together.

For sliding applications, use 1-inch and 34-inch galvanized pipes. Using clamps, secure the 1-inch galvanized pipes to the base of step 1, and then slide the 34-inch pipes into the 1-inch galvanized pipes.

Step 3: Attach metal components

With 14-inch bolts and nuts, fasten the 5.251.25-inch metal plate, the L-section channel, and the band metal plate to the galvanized pipe.

To support the angle grinder, attach the 8.751.75-inch metal plate to the band metal plate with two Nos. 8mm bolts.

Fix the rubber knob to the galvanized pipes’ ends.
